Third-party usage policy for
ALPPES Capital media kit materials

1. Introduction

This policy outlines the conditions under which third parties may use media kit materials owned or distributed by ALPPES Capital. By using any media materials, third parties agree to comply with this policy.

2. Permitted uses

Third parties are allowed to use the company’s media materials under the following conditions:

3. Prohibited uses

  • offensive, Illegal, or harmful content: associating the materials with illegal, defamatory, obscene, misleading, or offensive content.
  • unauthorized reproduction and distribution: republishing, redistributing, or hosting the materials in a manner that circumvents the company’s original distribution channels.

4. Attribution requirements

When using media materials under permitted use cases, the following attribution guidelines must be followed:

  • Clearly indicate the source as “ALPPES Capital”.
  • Where possible, include a link to the ALPPES Capital official website.
  • Do not modify or remove copyright notices embedded in the materials.

5. Requesting permission

For any use that falls outside the permitted cases outlined in this policy, third parties must obtain written permission by submitting a request to [email protected] . Requests should specify the intended use, distribution channels, and duration of use.

6. Enforcement and violations
